RETURN & REFUND POLICY 

Beautymaze.gr has been designed to meet the user’s needs. 

 

However, the user is granted the right to return the purchased product easily and quickly within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of receipt without the need to state the reasons for their decision. 

 

A user exercising the right of withdrawal, according to the terms set forth in this article regarding the deadline and conditions for product return, may receive a refund for the returned products as well as the initial shipping costs (at the standard cost) of the order. Return costs are borne by the user. 

 

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise by the user, the refund will be made according to the payment method used for the initial transaction. In the case of payment by credit/debit card, the refund will be credited to the card. In the case of payment on delivery or bank deposit, the refund will be made to the bank account indicated by the user. 

 

The withdrawal and return of products can be done either by mail, through the courier service from which the order was received, to the original shipping address, or at a physical BEAUTY MAZE store, following the terms below: 

 

The user or, in the case of the order recipient, must inform BEAUTY MAZE of their intention to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the order. In this case, the user can use the Withdrawal/Return Form provided HERE. The form can be filled out: (a) in person at a BEAUTY MAZE store, or (b) sent to the following address: in Gerakas, Attica, at 18 Spaton Ave., 15344, phone: 2106613294, 6976827227or (c) sent via email to the following addresses: info@beautymaze.gr 

 

The packaging of the products must not be violated and must be in its original (factory) condition. The products must be returned to BEAUTY MAZE in excellent condition suitable for subsequent marketing (products in excellent condition accompanied by their original packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.). If the products have been altered, damaged, or destroyed by the recipient-user, they will not be accepted. 

 

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that have been opened after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection. 

 

If there is any problem with the order (e.g., if it is incomplete or damaged, etc.), the user is required to inform BEAUTY MAZE within 48 hours (about 2 days) of receipt. 

 

BEAUTY MAZE does not accept parcels or letters sent to it with the recipient’s charge (except for defective products or products that must be replaced). 

 

The return is possible provided proof of the amount of the returned order is provided (e.g., order confirmation email, invoice, etc.) with the purchase receipt. 

 

If the product does not meet the above terms, it will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense. 

 

In any case, the return is made at the customer’s risk. If the user or the recipient does not have any document to support that they handed over the product to a courier service or a BEAUTY MAZE store, then the user/recipient bears the responsibility for the return of the product. 

 

Return of Defective Products 

 

If the product is defective, please contact us via email or phone within 48 hours (about 2 days) from the date of product receipt to notify us of your request and the reason for the return. Subsequently, send it back to us within 7 working days. After we inspect the product, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. Shipping costs for any reasonable and justified returns are covered by our company. 

 

The product should not have any damage or faults caused by the holder, beyond the diagnosed defect, and should have all the original documents that accompanied the product (e.g., receipt, retail receipt, etc.), all its accessories, and complete packaging. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted. Minor flaws in the packaging do not render the product defective. 

 

The product is not considered defective if it has suffered damage due to use or the responsibility of the buyer. Note that returns are not accepted for aesthetic reasons, minor material imperfections, or highlighting of existing packaging flaws, etc. 

 

In the case of product returns, and if they have been previously received and inspected by BEAUTY MAZE, replacement with related products (condition and characteristics, etc.) will be made. 

 

Refund Process 

 

Refunds will be made according to the payment method used for the initial transaction. In the case of payment by credit/debit card, the refund will be credited to the card. For payment on delivery or bank deposit, the refund will be made to the bank account you specify. 

 

 

Cancellation – Order Change by the Customer

Your order can be canceled or modified only if the shipping process has not been completed. 

 

In case the order has been shipped, then the Return Policy applies.
